Awesome , well made item! Made making syrup easy!

The only disappointing thing about this evaporator unit is that we ordered it too late and it showed up a day after we finished our syrup for the year. HOWEVER...because it is built so well, we are EXTREMELY excited to do our next year's boil and HIGHLY recommend it for anyone who boils their own sap. Order it early, though, because it does take quite a while to get to you.

It’s mostly what we expected, but the metal is thinner gauge than would have preferred.

Solid pan, well built

I ordered the pan with a divider and thermometer. They sent one with neither of them. After contacting them they made a nice credit to my account. The pan looks very nice. Nice forming. Clean welding. Excellent finishing.

Very well-made solid piece of equipment

Overall good unit but does NOT come with the upper warming tank despite description. Will need to adapt bottom drain to get all of the sap/syrup from the bottom of the tank. We plan on putting it on top of a 3 burner propane unit to boil down our sap in the spring.
