The pan arrived and was very nice, the edges of the stainless were kinda sharp from the shear, filed the edges and went to cooking! The pan did have a have ding in the corner on the bottom seam, most surely came from the shipper.
Excellent craftsmanship, great quality pan. Worked well for my syrup operation. I really like the threaded drain holes with ball valve. The only thing that would make this better is i wish it had was handles welded on each of the short sides.
