Awesome quality, easy to program. So good, i'm putting one at all my restaurant locations!

I had some problems with the software download. Nicole emailed back very soon. I still had some problems so she was able to get on my computer remotely and fix it. Very happy with her help, and the sign.

Great product. It takes awhile to learn how to use the program but the instructions were very good. Also when I had a problem I emailed the company and they responded immediately and it was a simple fix. I am very impressed with the customer service.

The sign is really bright and the graphics are good. I had a little problem with the program and I was concerned about contacting the company over seas. However, their customer service rep responded to my email within minutes and worked to resolve the issue. Still in the set up process but so far, I am very impressed.
