Was bummed that I had to buy extra bolts as some were not long enough to complete assembly right from the box.

Good product once assembled. The instructions are just a picture of the product. Not a big deal as I can figure most stuff out (but a challenge if you need instructions). The real problem was the 8 screws holding the racks to the main body were too short. I had to go to Tractor Supply and buy new ones which is a hassle. But the product is still way less expensive then others out there.

It’s a great product. The only thing is that it was missing the screws and bolts. I had to go buy some at the hardware store.

Is it inexpensive? yes. Does it hold your kayaks off the ground? yes. Is it portable and easy to move around? Yes. While it may not seem overly sturdy, it seems to hold my kayaks just fine. The casters are great, and it moves around very nicely! If I need them out of the way, it's simple, fast and efficient! No more dragging and looking for a place to put them temporally. Makes your storage area way more user friendly!

In the end it is a great product. Toom some time to build because of lack of directions

This kayak rack is really good, the only thing is the instructions is only a picture. There aren't any written details on how to assemble it. I put it together by myself, but I also used to work on cars. It will be easier to have another person help. It has saved my floor space & it is holding up.

I dont know why people are complaining… its like $100 less than the next one out there. No directions but unless you took the short bus to school you shouldnt have any problems. I used an impact and I think a 14 and 13 mm socket and open end. Took 15-20 mins to build. Is it flimsy? Yes. Is it lacking in quality and directions? Yes. Nothing was missing from the box, Suits my needs fine.

The kayak rack was easy-to-assemble, in spite of lacking instructions. Overall it’s a bit flimsy. Still I am satisfied with value for price paid.

we have 2 kayaks & it stores them well & it is easy enough for one person to get them on & off. & recommend this item & for the price.
