Aun que hay tardado 4 dias para llegar Y DPD hecho un malo servicio el equipo lego tarde pero llego. On top of the complete mess managed by DPD, which delayed the delivery of this polishing machine in an inadmissible way, I now open the box and discover that vital components for its operation are missing: Power cord, Hexagonal wrench, Agate knife, and Carbon brushes. Without the power cord, I can't even turn the machine on! I am a professional goldsmith and I have an important, critical order to deliver to a client next week. Because of all this shit and VEVOR's complete incompetence, I am going to be seriously penalized in front of my client. Clearly, VEVOR is a completely incompetent organization that doesn't give a damn about customers' operational needs. Do you seriously think a pathetic 20€ refund is going to silence me in the face of this level of amateurism and financial damage?

The grinder on this tool is fine. The hand held piece will not hold Collette. Im lucky to get minutes before it pops out. If I crank the tightening it breaks the Collette.

Does the job, but is very underpowered and bogs down very easily. Changing bits on the rotary tool is a pain unless disconnected from the machine. Step up to a bigger machine for anything more than very gentle buffing.

Definitely cheaper quality than I expected. The white buffer wheel sheds fluff everywhere! Doesn’t work for what I wanted

The Unit works well, but it's a bit small for any items larger than jewellery.

The benchmark grinder arrived with the base not attached to the grinder. On investigation the reason for the base detaching from the grinder was the fixing screws were to short. I replaced the screws to solve the issue. I suspect, due to state of the packaging, the grinder had been returned by another purchaser and had been sent to me without fixing the problem. This is the second time I have written a review on the grinder, my first review was ignored. Let’s hope this time I get an acknowledgment

Honestly, I was disappointed with how little power this has. It struggles evening polishing. I won't get much use at all.

Mi pedido nunca llegó quiero mi reembolso

I`ve contacted the seller many times more than 2 weeks now, as the device is not working at all, I`ve sent videos and photos showing that it`s not turning, but no one cared even to answer.

Il prodotto ha smesso di funzionare dopo 30 minuti... ho contattato l'assistenza per il rimborso ma inviano solo messaggi standard cercando di rimandare il problema e creare ostacoli. Mi hanno inviato dei video per auto-riparare il prodotto, veramente assurdo. Assistenza inesistente, non comprate niente in questo sito! E' una truffa!!
