Helped My Recovery Routine
Red and Black
After a minor back injury, I added this to my daily routine. Just 5 minutes a day makes a difference. It’s now part of my rehab plan.

Compact and Foldable
Red and Black
I live in a small apartment, so the foldable design is a big plus. It doesn’t take much space when not in use.

Great Value for Price
Gary and Black
Compared to other inversion tables I checked, this one offers similar features at a much better price. Totally worth it.

Takes Practice but Works
Gary and Black
At first I felt a bit dizzy going upside down, but after a few sessions I got used to it. Now I actually look forward to using it after work.

Comfortable
Gary and Black
The backrest and padding are comfortable enough for longer sessions. It doesn’t feel hard or cheap at all.

Sturdy and Safe Design
Red and Black
The steel frame is very sturdy, and I feel completely safe when fully inverted. The ankle lock system is strong and doesn’t slip. Definitely built for durability.

Not a huge fan
Red and Black
I wanted to like this inversion table more because, in theory, it offers a lot for the price. Compared with many other decompression tables on the market, it’s affordable, but I quickly realized there’s a reason for that: you become the builder. Assembly was much more complicated than I expected. The instructions could be clearer, and at several points it felt like a guessing game. There were multiple pieces I had to take apart and redo because the directions weren’t clear enough the first time. It was frustrating and made the entire process take longer than necessary. Unfortunately, once we finally had it assembled, I didn’t find it particularly easy or intuitive to use either. For a piece of equipment where you’re literally putting your body upside down, I want the setup and operation to feel straightforward and confidence-inspiring. It does have some options to adjust the height, and it's fairly comfortable. However, it doesn't feel particularly durable either. Overall, good in theory and competitively priced, but between the complicated assembly, unclear instructions, and learning curve once it’s built, this one requires more patience than I expected.

Inversion Table not user friendly
Gary and Black
This table is kinda cheap made.
Not user friendly to get yourself back into the upright position without help from someone else.
The foot holder should be better made and easier to lock into place.
Overall I would not recommend.

Nicht einklappbar
Gary and Black
