How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Nick Battery Powered Jacket and Socks
Men's Style Size XL
I was skeptical of these because of the cost but I could not be happier with the purchase. They have good battery life and do a great job keeping me warm. The socks are outstanding. I wish I could get them in non-battery powered to wear daily they are that comfortable.

Angel Mckinney Warm and fuzzy!
Men's Style Size L
Two days and I had this gift for my son and I didn't have to pay extra for shipping. No better present than that! The sweatshirt is very warm and very comfortable, even without the heating capability function. Good fit as well, so no complaints here! Thank you again for delivering amazing quality as usual!

Brenda j. Bought as a gift, they like it
Men's Style Size L
Bought for my dad as a christmas present. Its what he asked for and he seems to like it. So I'd say it was a good purchase, haven't used it myself to speak to warmth or anything, but he hasn't complained.

Bought these for me and the wife and we love them. If you wear them at night be ready to explain the light on the chest.
