Bought this as a Gift for my wife, she has used it, and the 4 stars is because it takes hours to charge the battery pack, and it disappears so quickly when utilizing the jacket! Now, we have had some really ARTIC type days in the past week so that may cause some of this disappearance in power, but, for my wife, it just goes too quick!
