Customer Reviews for VEVOR Fire Pit Ring, 40-Inch Outer/36-Inch Inner Diameter, 10inch Height 2.5mm Thick Fire Pit Insert, Heavy Duty Carbon Steel Liner DIY Campfire Ring above or In-Ground, for Outdoor Camping, Bonfires

Great product. Keeps the bricks in alignment as well.

the fire ring is built very well should last a long time and a great price.

Sehr gut verpackt, schnelle Lieferun!

We have burnt a lot in this . I do recommend that you put a couple of extra row of brick(or what ever you are using) so that it is off ground so it has lot of air flow

I am very satisfied. Quality material, fast delivery. I recommend

Paint peels and metal warps with just 1 fire. Very thin poor quality metal and paint. Do not recommend at all.

I chose this fire ring from Vevor because I'm generally impressed with the quality of their products. This fire pit COULD have been awsome as it was really heavy duty and finished nicely. Unfortunatly, the pit was poorly packaged and the single layer box got ripped opened and retaped somewhere in it's journy. Consequently, it arrived without instructions or (more importantly) NO NUTS AND BOLTS to assemble it. It was useless ! After a week and 6 or 7 back and fourth emails with VEVOR, I still did not get a commitment from them to send me the needed parts. It got "reviewed" by 3 different departments before I gave up and had to go out and figure out what I needed and buy it myself. I did get a partial refund but I would have rather gotten what I ordered or at least some responsive customer service. In short: Nice pit iIF you get it intact. Not so good customer service.
