Heavy gauge and easy to use

You should add holes at the top for a smokeless design. It made a big difference with the smoke.

The metal is very heavy, solid. Cold weather is coming and excited to use our new fire pit.

I am installing this fire ring inside a brick surround to try to create a smokeless fire pit. To make this work I had to drill 1/2 inch holes around the flange side of the ring. This drilling gave me the opportunity to closely examine the material, thickness's and uniformity of this product. I found the steel to be of sufficient thickness and the pieces fit well together (If you have trouble getting the gaps to close in the flange, swap two of the pieces. They are designed to fit only one way.) The coating is uniform and solid. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Listing claims 3mm thick. It's Why I selected this one over other items.Only 2mm thick just like the other items describe.Still quite heavy. Easy to assemble. Using for gas fire pit not wood, so should be sturdy enough.

This liner is better than I expected! I went to a local specialty store and they wanted $200+ for a much more complicated device that I didn't need. We will see how this holds up over time but so far we are very pleased!

Refurbish of old fire pit

Easy to install… it would be better if the screws are the same black color. The pavers fire pit is not a perfect circle so we just have to rubber hammered down to fit perfectly. Overall it’s a nice accent and protects our pavers from the direct heat.

Easy to assemble, used for a ground level fire pit.
