I'm an old lady. Needed something light enough for me to handle. This is really nice to work with, but it takes too long. I've only used one chisel so far, but I may have purchased the wrong tool for my project. I'll have to get some advice on how to make it work harder.
Demoing tile floors and shower would have been 10 times harder without this tool. It’s very important to have various width bits and test which one works best for your situation. Too wide and it bounces off, too narrow and it drills a whole. This thing is heavy and heavy duty!
I had no idea this tool would remove tile and thinset better than anything I have rented. It is lightweight and does a fantastic job. My only wish is that it had a trigger lock so I didn't have to hold the trigger the entire time.
Using this to remove bricks from an old wood stove alcove. Working great, but gets hot fast and uses lots of grease. I don't think it will last much past this job, but for the price I'm fine with that.
Bought this to bust up some fence post cement. Blasted through it. Haven't used it to drill holes but I can see it would have no problem with that at all. And the price was right.
It's always a toss up if purchasing a new tool that you only expect to use for one project is worth the money. This one was. I used it to remove tile from plywood that was screwed to my kitchen floor. I did not need the separate blade that I bought to go with this machine. The machine had everything I needed.
I finally got a chance to use this rotary hammer, and I must say, it is a great tool, especially at the price I paid. I was looking at a similar product made by Bosch, which is owned by a fellow worker, and this one performs as well for a lot lower cost.
I had a drill bit lodged in wood that my other drill couldn't get out. The drill chuck went on easy and unwedged the stuck bit like it was nothing. This drill is very powerful. Although this is all I've used it for so far, I have no regrets with this purchase . I am looking forward to do some masonry crack repair with it in the near future.
I got this as a gift for my dad who’s currently working on a million projects. He’s not officially a handyman, but he’s a handyman :) He can do it all. He’s already expressed his satisfaction with this product. Great buy.
easy to operate, cheaper to buy than rent plus you get extra tool in your garage, don't know when I will use again ,my kitchen tile project went easy , no more demolition job to do hahahaha
