Claire Don’t let the price scare you, really solid cutter

This thing absolutely changed the game in our small bagel shop. I was pretty apprehensive considering the low price but been using it for about a month with zero issues. It cuts through 51% hydration dough like butter. It rolls around really easily and is relatively easy to clean. I wish they had a 36pc version of it but that’s my only complaint! Highly recommend if you just need a cutter!
