Its worth the effort!
Φ3-Φ15mm Rear Leg Angle Adjustable
I have been using this sharpener for several months now, and right off the bat, I can say it is the best drill sharpener I have ever used. I've tried many others that worked reasonably well, but this one is in a completely different ballgame. When properly set up, it can produce a drill bit that is actually sharper and more accurately ground than when it was new.
That said, this is not the easiest sharpener to set up. I watched several YouTube creators whom I subscribe to before purchasing it, and their reviews were instrumental in my decision to buy this unit. Their videos were also extremely helpful when I was setting mine up. Even with that help, it still took some tinkering and adjustments before I could consistently produce a perfectly sharpened drill bit.
I strongly recommend starting with a 1/2-inch drill bit. A larger bit makes the setup process much easier and gives you a good feel for how everything works before moving on to smaller sizes. The smaller the drill bit, the more difficult it becomes to get everything set up correctly. Eventually, you reach a point where sharpening very small bits simply isn't worth the effort.
My biggest recommendation to VEVOR would be to **greatly improve the instruction manual**. Even better, they should provide a detailed video that walks through every step of the setup and sharpening process. There are several YouTube creators who do a much better job of explaining and demonstrating how to use this machine than the manufacturer's instructions.
One other thing worth mentioning is the collet system. Even though this is advertised as a metric set of collets, spring collets have a range of sizes in which they will properly hold a drill bit. The size marked on the collet is the largest diameter it will hold correctly. The bit can be smaller, as long as the collet can tighten securely around it with no slipping.
I chose to purchase a complete set of ER20 collets so I could get the best possible fit for each drill bit. That added expense was worth it to me because it makes setup easier and gives me a much better grip on the bits.
Once you get past the learning curve and get the machine properly adjusted, the results are excellent. I highly recommend it, but be prepared to spend some time learning how to set it up correctly.

A very precise drill sharpener DIYers can afford
Φ3-Φ13mm Rear Leg Angle Adjustable
FINALLY, a drill sharpener that does acceptable split points without costing $3K. I hope you realize how revolutionary this is. I bought a drill doctor back in the 1990s, used it a couple times then put it aside in disgust. Cheap plasticky junk. Everything about this is what I wanted in that product. You can't achieve a true factory split point, but what you can get performs nearly as well. Considering what cobalt bits cost, this little gem pays for itself quick. On a less glowing note, I bought this model, MR-13D, because it does both point splitting and web thinning. Unfortunately these functions can't be micro-adjusted like on the models dedicated for one or the other, nor can they be adjusted independently. I should have gone with one of those dedicated models.

Dull drills no longer
Φ3-Φ15mm Rear Leg Angle Non-Adjustable
The cat's meow for drill bit sharpening. Drill Doctor doesn't come close comparatively. It went to the Goodwill. For aligning tiny bits, readers and a bright light is a must. Good deal.

Nice sharpener
Φ3-Φ13mm Rear Leg Angle Adjustable
This really is a great little machine. A bit finicky to dial in and wished it had some finer adjustments. But once its there tighten everything down and don't touch anything! Took a couple hours of fiddling. Bit of a learning curve. Since, have sharpened every drill I own. Probably +150 drills bits. Adjustments have held and haven't moved. Makes a really nice sharp grind. Will probably build/alter things after a while to add easier adjustment.
