J'ai monté cette visu sur mon petit tour d'établi. Ça a nécessité quelques adaptations, mais elle fonctionne parfaitement ! La qualité m'a vraiment surpris pour le prix ! J'ai dû recouper un des axes, c'est possible mais il faut le faire de façon très précautionneuse, surtout pour couper la bande de verre qui permet la mesure. Utilisez un outil diamant pour cette découpe, et prévoyez un taraud de 2mm pour remettre les vis qui permettent de tenir l'embout. Tout fonctionne bien, je m'en sers régulièrement.

Schnelle Zustellung, gut Verpackt, Inhalt nach Beschreibung, sehr vielfältig einzusetzen, für den Einbau braucht man natürlich technisch praktische Vorkenntnisse, wenn man die hat ist es zwar zeitaufwendig, aber relativ einfach zu installieren. Schön wäre es wenn es nicht nur die vorgegebenen GlasMaßstäbe im Set gebe, sondern die individuellen Maße im Paket frei zu wählen wären. Schön wäre es ebenfalls wenn es die Glasmaßstäbe noch in viel mehr Größen als angeboten gibt. Ich würde mich auch auf ein Feedback von Ihrer Seite auf meine Bewertung freuen

The product itself is of decent quality and pretty much what I expected for the price. It was missing a bolt for the display mount but was able to use one I had on hand. The issue is with the installation documentation. There is none. You are completely on your own to figure out how to use the bag of parts to get the rails, read heads and display mounted. I understand that not every installation will be the same but some help would have been nice. One other thing was the supplied hardware just seemed to be some random m5 bolts tossed in a bag. The rails use m6 to mount and the brackets are slotted for m6 as well yet no m6 hardware was supplied. On the plus side obviously price. The user’s manual is comprehensive and I look forward to making use of some of the features beyond the basics.

Working great. Love it. I have scales on my lathe & mill. They share one DRO. I may buy another. Buy it. Now.

This unit is great. The scales are quality with dual lip seals and are identical (as far as I can see) to many other brands, some of which cost 2x or more. The installation brackets and fasteners offer good installation flexibility but are unlikely to be all you need. I think most people modify them or make their own. I did a combination. The head unit has lots of useful features and seems well made. I'm really pleased. I have a Bridgeport mill and shortened the 10" scale to use for the quill (all custom brackets), used the 20" scale for the knee Z, and bought an additional (different but compatible brand on eBay) 16" scale for the Y axis. I'm making my own summing board for the two Z axes, based on a microcontroller development board. In the meantime I'll only use one Z sensor at a time. I've ordered a second one of these for my lathe.

Pretty easy to install all the required hardware supplied. Had to fab up a couple if brackets but that is expected. The main unit and optical scales are well built. Nice fit and finish. Works as advertised. Would purchase again.
