i like that it came with some many extras such as strings and a tuner. But overall the quality of the guitar was lacking. The plastic that goes on the knob to tighten the screws was strripped on one of the strings making it difficult to adjust the strings properly

Unfortunately I hoped to be a better guitar. It's just a better toy. Bit that is it. It is a toy mimicking a proper guitar. At same price I have bought for my older son a way better guitar.
Don't get your hopes to high with this one.

Yeah it sounds like a cheap guitar. The strings are way too far off, and break after a month or so. The whole thing is light and feels cheap. However, because it’s cheap, you can really do whatever you want with it without destroying your fingers. Good first guitar, but be prepared to buy a better one after a short time.

I purchased this as a gift for my niece, it came in 2 days before her birthday and to my shock, the box was smashed. When I opened the box I found vevor shipped it with zero support foam in the box causing the guitar to snap in half. I even purchased the shipping insurance for extra cost. When I reached out to the the support team they offered me a refund of 28 dollars. When I was outraged with that they offered me 48 dollars and I get to keep the snapped guitar….that’s completely unusable. After each insulting offer they will let you know how “valued” you are as a customer as well yet completely ignore your concerns. An absolute joke in the service department. Will be escalating this past the better business bureau. Recommend shopping literally anywhere else.
