My daughter’s machine came in broken. She opened it on Christmas to find it broken. Couldn’t get another shipped because they were all sold out. Had to be back to step 1, with no button machine. Check y’all machines. Hopefully, it doesn’t come shipped like my daughters did.

Incredibly disappointed Arrived broken, refused full refund.

The minute I pulled it out of the box a piece of plastic broke off from the inner mechanics. The piece that broke off was a vital part to allow the machine to work. It’s unusable. I packed it up and messaged to return it and get a refund. They offered a 20 bucks compensation. It’s garbage, I should get the full refund if they don’t want me to send it back.
I work with button makers as a part of my job. This was the worst quality I’ve ever seen. The plastic was so cheap compared to other plastic button makers.
Incredibly disappointed. This design is very cute, I love holiday themed items- so I was looking forward to this one… but this is just sad.
