After less than a year the machine stopped working right the buttons kept coming apart. I had many people see if they could get a solid one to see if I was doing it right but the outcome was always the same.

This was my initial experience buying from this company, and I faced a problem with a portion of the product. The customer service was terrible. I would NOT recommend this company, particularly if you run into an issue; they handle it in a manner that favors them rather than the customer. It feels like they have a dismissive attitude, akin to 'just go away and don't bother me.'

The machine arrived improperly built, so it can't be used at all, and customer service has been not helpful in attempting to solve the problem. It's literally broken, unable to be fixed on my end at all. So to say I'm displeased and frustrated is an understatement. You can clearly see in the picture that the entire upper mold was never attached properly.

I bought this and pressed appx 20 buttons and it broke. I filled out the paperwork to either get a replacement or refund and have a ticket but everytime I get an email with an update the link doesn’t work. I email back but get another update that still don’t work. Really would be nice to deal with a company that has some good customer service. DO Not Buy from this company.
