Customer Reviews for VEVOR Bathroom Exhaust Fan, 110 CFM High-Efficiency Ventilation, 1.5sones Low Noise Operation All-Copper Motor, Energy-Saving Bathroom Ceiling Fan, No Need For Attic Access, For Various Ceilings
I replaced my Broken Broan bath exhaust fan we with this unit. I researched and the hole in the ceiling matched. It arrived promptly, the instructions were concise. It is a do-able d.i.y. job with patience. Difficulty level on a 1-10 about a 6. The fan is powerful and has 4 settings. Several light colors and gradiant brightness. A heating unit that works nicely and a cooling unit that I believe just recirculates air. A timer setting that I like. All control of this unit performs through the remote which comes with a wall mount. Long term, in a high humidity bathroom durability of a remote in these conditions concerns me. Vevor does not sell a separate replacement, although it performs great now. It's a great unit and I'm glad I bought it. I recommend.
Heat + light + exhaust are all on a single power connection. Those three functions are via a remote control. A substantial squirrel cage blower starts up for the heater, exhaust and ventilate functions while a silent stepper motor moves baffles to steer the air appropriately. If the unit is fed from a light switch, the default behavior is light on full which is convenient so you don't have to touch the remote if you only want light. The remote needs to be chained to the wall or something because the heat and exhaust absolutely require the remote. On heat, the warm air blows down from the narrow grill. The fan speeds, the light intensity and color temp are adjustable from the remote, but the heat seems on or off only.
