After I had received instruction from customer service to try thicker paper and attempted that and the pins were still coming out wrinkled customer service finally refunded my order. I will still purchase their metal pin backs because they seem to be the best quality of all the brands I’ve tried. I appreciate that they resolved the issue. It took longer than I would’ve liked, but they handled things in the end. Original post below. ——————————————— Very disappointed. Almost all of the plastic pins came out wrinkled. (The metal ones from the same package worked great.) I had a large time sensitive order to complete. I reached out to customer service and sent photos. They requested I send a video. The file was too large (for a 30 second video) to attach so they sent me an email address or another link to upload. After going back and forth for over a week they told me to use thicker paper. I have made pins with their product before and I never needed thicker paper. The metal pins from the same package did not need thicker paper. Their instructions in the package should be more clear that special paper is needed if that’s the case. I wasted hours of time and product. Their customer service was very disappointing and almost all of the 250 plastic pin backs included in that package were essentially garbage. Waste of time and money.
