The parcel delivered on time. Shipping was trackable, and it was fast. To operate it requires some assembly. There is a printed manual, and there is a manual on a flash drive in the parcel. The base parts are looks and feels cheap, some contains burrs, and feels like you can damage easily. There are 4 rollers with brakes on the bottom of the device, but one of the brake lever has broken off from my item. However, the assembly process is quick, and you can use the cutter. Installing the software is easy, but you have to get into the software, the cutting process is not so easy. I made an EPS file, and I tought I can load/import it, and print... it is not so easy. You have to make some click-clack in the app, and send it to the cutter. Before the first cut, you have to calibrate the machine. It means, the cutter cuts 16 samples, and you have to select the best. After this, the cutter easily cut the vinyl. Use "fresh" vinyl, if you have. I had "old" ~6-7 years vinyls for testing, and it is waving, so it is not optimal for precise cutting. The flash drive contains several tutorial videos, so you can know the machine under several minutes. There is a ballpoint pen attachment, so you can draw graphics, or you can use this equipment as a technical draving machine - as they were in the early '90s... :) For this price, it is a good device. The stand is on a negative side, but you can operate the cutter as a desktop device. You can buy relatively wide papers and vinyls to cut. The machine is quick and relatively silent. I am using as an USB device / with USB connection under Windows 11 x64, and it is working properly. My machine does not have a serial port, so I cannot test this connection. The device in my case is not listing under the printers / scanners, but the cutter software recognises it.

I would recommend for Windows but not for mac OS . I dont know I connected once and it was disconnect . not an easy

This is just what I needed. It took a little time to get used to the software it came with. Once I figured it out, it was off to the races. Overall, a good cutter, however, I wish that it was either Bluetooth or WiFi compatible. Everything I have has WiFi capabilities, except for this. Other than the wireless issue, everything is great. So far, so good.

Worked well for 10 months, then USB stopped working. Submitted a ticket to Vevor, but they didnt get back to me! It was good while it lasted, but not so sure about Vevor supporting their products or honoring their warantee .
