If you have a little bit of designing experience, this is vary easy to learn. The machine itself is easy to put together and to calibrate, and adjust to any specific measurements. The only thing is the software is a bit tricky to use, so I looked up what that software is compatible with and used software I was familiar with to make a design, then simply transfered that exported picture to the software provided and it was super easy after that. For multicolored designs you can just select a color for it to cut, then change the roll and select another color. Super easy all arouns

I ordered thinking it was the big one but it wasnt.Learning the software it's pretty OK, takes some time.I wanted a bigger one

I’m sure the plotter is good, but Amazon isn’t. I refuse to buy anything from them because they don’t seem to care about anyone but themselves. Amazon customer service is horrible

Great first plotter for simple cutting. You'll have to fine tune it to get it perfect for large projects.

I was a little concerned this cutter was going to be garbage, but I have to admit it's not. While my previous cutter was a Graphtec, I was a little skeptical this would even be close. I was wrong! While its not as solid as a Graphtec, the cutting quality is spot on and may even exceed Graphtec. I was working with some very small lettering, about 5/16" tall, this thing cut it perfectly! It even uses Roland blades. Software is basic, but easier to use than most, perfect for the beginner. I havent tried to cut reflective vinyl yet and I'm not sure how it'll do as reflective is thicker and tougher, but cuts Oracal 751/851 beautifully. I almost bought a cricket because I don't do large cutouts anymore, but I am glad I purchased this instead. Very impressed with it.
