The fan stopped working the 2nd week of using it

Tried customer service and they are terrible, thermostat doesn’t work!!!!!

I order the product last week and as was sawing to get it after 2 days I just received today after 5 days and the package is damaged. This is not professional I don't care who's fault is delivery company or vevor but this is not acceptable.

The exterior louvers are extremely cheap and can do bent by just looking at them. Also,when the louvers are closed,it's not a sealed unit and may cause an ingress of moisture or possible insects. Need to do my research but it appears to only report in fahrenheit, when I reviewed the documentation, I saw no mention of a change. So the frame sucks and may cause the inside of my garage to get wet but the fan and controller (so far) are pretty good.

The ad says coming with needed wiring and no wiring needed. But it is just 40cm cord without plug. Even the wire not long enough to reach the outlet

If you can get the product to be delivered to you, it works great. It was easy to install, the instructions were clear and it's been working several weeks now, but won't buy from them again because the second one from the same order never arrived, nor has the replacement, and getting a refund is a huge hassle.

Unfortunately arrived damaged, packing heavily tore up. Side flange bent and all louvers bent or dented. Really bad handling by FedEx. Submitted claim to Vevor for immediate replacement and return and waiting to hear back.

Just wish the fan had higher speed doesn't move as much air as I expected

As others have said, the controller and associated instructions are impossible to figure out. The quality of the fan seems great and has great power but because of the difficulty to figure out the controller, they might as well lower the price and just provide an on'off variable speed switch.

Airflow was as expected for a 10” fan. The speed control is unusable in my experience due to the annoying noise at any speed under maximum speed. Other than the noise it’s a quality built fan that was easily installed with the attached cords.
