I had a few issues with this product like the cord not being long enough the fan speed control looks like it has a lot of options but when you set it on anything close to 3/4 or more of its highest setting soon as you let go of the knob it moves itself back down to under 3/4 speed so unless it's only mine that does this there's no need for a knob with that many settings if 1/4 or more don't actually do anything

The fan sitting on the table does not even provide enough CFM to even open the shutters a 1/4 of the way. I have 8" fans that produces more CFM.

Not about the product but the poor customer service. I tried to return due to being too large for my windows and company insist i have to pay when i contacted them with 16 days for return. The ticket i submitted was acknowledged but NOONE finalized my request and when i finally got online to chat the agent was insisting on not helping and wanting me to pay for return of my product. I have never had a horrible return experience like this one but i have to warn customers, if you buy its yours! Buyer Beware.

Fan came with one louvre bent. The aluminum is very thin and was able to bend it back. With light wind the louvres flap open and close making it noisier than the Canarm fan opposite side of greenhouse. Same size fan but much much lower cfm than the Canarm which was twice the price. Really proves you get what you pay for! Very short electrical cable to make your connection.

While the service was prompt, when I put the fan in, took the tape off and started it for only a minute, the shutters became bent. I have asked for a refund or a fix. I will see how they respond

This Vevor fan have a very bizarre design, personally I will call it a bad bug. If it see 0 degrees Celsius, it start the fan. Another bug this fan have is look like the 0 Celsius is not really 0 Celsius well adjusted.... Why 1 stars on 5. That happened to me today the second day I use it, This Vevor fan killed most my plants this year in 2026 in my greenhouse .... I noticed this morning the Vevor sceen shown 100 (100c ? while temperature was in reality 1-2c around temperature sensor) with the Vevor fan at full speed bringing the night -10c inside my greenhouse and my heating system got defeated... (Killed most my plants by the way.) It was the second day I was trying this Vevor fan. Very frustrated and this will cost me money and time.... 1 star on 5... How to disable fan starting function at 0c ??? And why showing 100 ??? I have no idea...

They use some sketchy shipping transport and you'll never get the product, and have to use a PayPal dispute to get your money back. Address was correct, but they'll blow you off until you escalate it. Happened twice now.... I won't be back.

The construction of this fan is less than marginal with a cheap tin shutter and overall construction. Would work fine for a greenhouse or outbuilding not on a house. Of note the customer service that was provided regarding the return process was NOT satisfactory as they offered to only provide a partial refund and no shipping options. Furthermore they tried to convince me to keep the item by saying it was inconvenient for them (inconvenient to provide adewaute customer service and satisfaction). The fan receives 3 of 5, the company receives 1 of 5 stars. Do better.
