Helaad geeft hij bij mij ook in de volle zon max 12,6 volt. Dus tr laag om de acuc te laden. Na een klacht wel een nieuw exemplaar ontvangen.
Maar helaad doet die precies hetzelfde. Product is dus gewoon niet goed.

alex ne fonctionne pas
Le système ne fonctionne pas comme indiqué, fourni à peine plus de 12v pas grand soleil et a moins de 100w pour 200 annonce. J'ai contacté le support aucune réponse sauf me demander d'évaluer leur service client alors qu'il n'apporte pas de réponse à mon problème

After about 8 months of use, the solar panel is not working well, or rather it is not giving the voltage it should. Instead of 13.5 V, it gives 5.37 V at the strongest sun at 12 o'clock. Now I have to buy somewhere else because your product did not meet my expectations.

Bruger ikke lederen. For det er en PWM lader. Bedre med MPPT. Levere kun 12 volt pr. panel. Men det står der også i beskrivelsen. Har sat de to paneler i serie. Hvilket øger spændingen.

Ezt a 200W szettet rendeltem a lakóautónkra! Önmagába használhatatlan volt! Nem töltötte a 12V munka akkumulátorokat! Rendeltem + hozzá vevor mppt töltésvezérlőt(ami nem volt tervbe) és a paneleket átkötöttem sorba! Kicsit csalódott vagyok!

Helaas komt zelfs bij volle zon maar op laadstroom van max net 2A, niet de stroom die vermeld was van 8A . Dat is wel zwaar teleurstellend.

Dieses Solarmodul bringt bei voller Sonneneinstrahlung maximal 13,2 Volt. Bei bedecktem Himmel ist eine Leistung praktisch nicht erkennbar.. Einen Akku damit zu laden völlig unmöglich. Der Laderegler ist nach 4 Monaten Betrieb (ich habe ihn angeschlossen obwohl es eigentlich nichts brachte, aber die Hoffnung stirbt zum Schluss) kaputt gegangen. Bei meinen Rückfragen im Service - lapidare Antwort: falsch angeschlossen. Ich bin kein Anfänger. Lasst die Finger von diesem Ding und kauft etwas mit Bestand.

The solar panel maximum output voltage is around 12,8V, so the charging doesnt start until the battery voltage drops under 12-12,2V, and the charging stops around 12,5V therefore the 14,4V target cannot be reached. I dont know whether is it expected with this product, because the customer service was pretty useless. Eventually they refunded little bit more than the half of the price, but my target was to get a product that I can use, or refund the full price.
And before i get the "We are pleased to inform you that we have reached a mutual agreement regarding your recent concern." answer, It was more like a resignation on my part than mutual agreement.
