How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Originally gave 1 star review because only part of the product arrived. Sent a message to the seller and in under 24 hours they responded and track the other portion of my order. Great product with great customer service deserves 5 stars.

Sam S Customer service is excellent

Unfortunately, when we received the order we realized it was too heavy for our kids to move around. As a result, we had to return the order. They were very understanding and accepted the situation which is much appreciated. Suggest they list the weight of each cone in the future so that this does not happen again (the base in particular is quite heavy).

SYLVIA M. Great item

The posts and rubber bottoms came in two different deliveries. We were concerned at first as we only received the posts, but a couple of days later the rubber bottoms arrived. They are great and work for exactly what we needed them for.
