I got a used but very good condition. Opened the box the oil Reservoir bottle cap was shattered and a tiny spring was loose don't know where it goes. But the cutter does its job the laser helps. Definitely worth the money. As for the reservoir cap i got a medicine bottles cap.

Works like much more expensive cutters...Im popping ~48 tiles with no issueTips:1 : Score it multiple times.. i scored each tile for at least 15-30 seconds so you can actually feel a very slight groove. and i also give extra attention to the part furthest away from pressure point2: when you pop it .. to it in a sudden jerk , dont slowly add pressure.Those two steps give me clean breaks every single time

Exceptional quality…..I was actually amazed! The dial Gutter is definitely built to last, the accuracy of the cut was exceptional. Also came with replacement cutting wheel and a few other spare parts. I would recommend this tile cutter to anybody looking to get one. It is quite heavy for its size. The wheels come in handy for moving it around.

This device is extremely heavy. But that works in it's favor. It is so large and so welt built, after you score your tile, simple little bounce and it breaks clean every time. It also has a thing that hangs off the side for doing repeat cuts, you set it and every cut is the same size, very nice. The whole thing is very " squared-in" and stays that way. But if for some reason it gets out of which, unlike most , you can re-square it up. The laser is somewhat useless, in that once you dial it in, the bounce throws it out of whack, Overall this is the best score-and-snap saw I have ever used. Keep in mind though, it will not the the 2'x'4 the long way as those are 48" and this is a 47"cutter.

Absolutely great cutter. The gauge had alot to be desired, but cutting ability is outstanding. Cuts better than my $350 Sigma.
