This is a very nice small flake ice machine, and we have been enjoying it the last couple of months. The only annoyance so far has been the protective film, which is very difficult to remove because it is trapped between body panels wherever they meet.
I have been wanting a flake ice machine for years but they were so expensive. This one makes the perfect flake ice and was a much better value than any others on the market. I love it.
The only thing I do not like about this machine is how loud it is when it's running, other than that, I have thoroughly enjoyed this machine...I love the ice.

We use this ice maker for personal use and our employees love to come in for a snow cone or icy drink. My wife loves what she calls 'good ice'. She knows every convenient store in a 20 mile radius that sells 'good ice'. Now she has it at home. Ron C
