How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Of the 2 loungers I ordered one arrived with a seriously bent metal support leg.
Vevor reimbursed me in full for the damaged lounger so I am completely satisfied. The undamaged lounger I received of the 2 I ordered is comfortable and perfect for the space I needed it in.

There were problems with delivery, but everything was compensated and the money was returned. They lie on the forums that the customer support is bad. That's a lie. The support service solves problems even late in the evening. By the way, the sofa is of normal quality and after three weeks of daily use, the cushion fillings have not lost their shape. The strong frame construction is very reliable and squeak-free. I couldn't find a similar design for a chair with a basket for blankets and small items.
