Material fit and finish was good.
The bolts that attach the pin pivots to the handles were loose.
When I tightened them, the pivots would not rotate.
I added a small washer to act as a spacer (and some lockwashers) and now the handle and latch pins work smoothly.
Overall satisfied with this assembly.

It seems to be of decent quality. I fitted to my new holland 30hp tractor. It was a little unnerving to cut the ears off the bucket rendering it useless if you screw them up. But I took a bunch of measurements, and ended using my torches to cut them off Made the cut off pieces parallel and tacked them up. Made sure it all fit and worked and welded it permanently. It’s definitely not for the novice fabricator. I would rate it an 8 out 10 on difficulty scale

Terry Heavy-duty parts
I am installing on a Massey GC1710 so there is a lot of adaptation required to replace the pin-on system. All said, the cost is about 25% of the dealer price so it's well worth the effort.
