Customer Reviews for VEVOR Shower Panel Tower System with Rainfall Shower Head, 53 in Brushed Stainless Steel Shower Column, 3-Function Faucet, High Pressure Wall-Mount Rain Massage System, with Large Body Jet, Handheld

Relatively easy to install, and very nice looking really classes up the tub enclosure. The different functions are nice but the waterfall and rain shower are fantastic. I found the controls quite confusing at first and I`m quite disappointed in the misters and the sprays as they have no pressure behind them, my water pressure is really good, also the hand held unit is adequate, it would be nice if the hand held could be turned on without losing the overhead function. The led`s and the water temp screen are really cool.

LA REGULATION CHAUD FROID EST IMPARFAITEU DOUCHE 5 JETS

The VEVOR Shower Panel System looks great and offers plenty of features like rainfall, waterfall, and body jets. The LED display and multiple shower modes make it feel like a luxury setup. However, the biggest issue is the water temperature control. It’s hard to maintain a consistent temperature — it fluctuates between hot and cold, which makes showers frustrating at times. The pressure is decent and the build feels solid, but the inconsistent temperature really takes away from the overall experience. If the temperature control worked better, this could easily be a 5-star product.

The LED display has never worked. All the packaging has been discarded making it impossible to return?

AFTER APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH OF USE THE SHOWER PANEL BEGAN TO LEAK. INITIALY, THE DRIPPING WAS MINIMAL, BUT IT PROGRESSIVELY WORSENED OVER TIME. I CHOSE NOT TO RUTERN THE PRODUCT BACK DUE TO LONG DELIVERY TIME { RETURN IT BACK AND WAIT TO SENT IT BACK},I SUBSEQUENTLY HIRED A LICENSED PLUMBER TO INSPECT AND REPAIR THE UNIT. ALTHOUGH THE ISSUE APPEARED TO BE RESOLVED TEMPORARILY,THE SHOWER PANEL BEGAN LEAKING AGAIN THE FOLLOWING WEEK, WITH THE PROBLEM INCREASING DAY BY DAY. LAST NIGHT AFTER TAKING A SHOWER AND GOING TO SLEEP, I WAS AWAKENED BY A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE BATHROOM. HEADING THERE, JUST TO SEE THAT THE BATHROOM WAS FLOODING. WHEN I OPEND THE SHOWER CABINET, I OBSERVED WATER DISCHARGING UNDER PRESSURE FROM THE CENTRAL THERMOSTATIC MIXING VALVE, WHICH HAD FALLEN FROM THE PRESSURE. THE BATHROOM DOOR AND SOME FURNITURES WERE DESTROYED DUE TO THE WATER. THE PLUMBER WHO CAME AGAIN TODAY , CONFIRMED THAT THE SHOWER PANEL IS DEFECTIVE . PLEASE PROCEED WITH ALL THE NESSECARY ACTIONS DUE TO I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PROCUCT WHICH CAUSED REPEATED LEAKS AND ULTIMATELY RESULTED IN SIGNIFICANT WATER DAMAGE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTING AND I AM WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY BEST REGARDS ANTONIA LITSARDOPOULOU

Beware this company gives you the run around when something is broken or missing
