We installed the sauna at a club house in a commercial environment. It was easy to installed and it works great. The price was excellent. Hopefully it will last. Time will tell.

Had an issue with shipping and a part was damaged slightly. Customer service through the contact seller on Amazon worked excellent. They were quick to respond and reasonable. The hookup of the actual sauna and controls were way more confusing than it needed to be. If doing it solo note only wire size listed is 8/2/with ground. That is what they suggest for the feed. Not all the control to heater connections those should be done in 10 gauge single strand through 2 flex conduits going from the back of the controls to the heater. It will take 5 power legs and a ground to make the controller to heater operate. The controller itself is bulky and very old fashioned. Reminds me of early 90's style. The heater itself is nicely built. Works quickly and gets hot. So a few drawbacks but for the price comparison it's any excellent value

This review is for a 220V 30Amp 3Kw USA model. I got this product for a very good price ($60 lower than lis price) with Amazon deal. I gave it a shot inspite of all the comments about installation being tricky. It sounds to me that the instruction manual needs a version update apart from that it was a straight forward installation. The manual has a give wire + ground circuit diagram while the real product has a 6 wire + ground circuit diagram. I have attached the picture of real product with wiring instructions that I used for my product which worked like a charm. I read lot of reviews and decided to use a 50 Amp RV replacement wire which was more expensive than the heater itself but errored towards safety. Hope others benefit from this product if you want to avoid 100s

So I hemmed and hawed over all the heaters on Amazon. I chose the 6kw, my sauna is 5x4.5. Without adding vents (yet) it gets up to about 150! I believe when I add the vents we l be at 160. It really is a good buy. I wish there was an indication light that it was on. You cannot go wrong with this heater for a small sauna. One tip ?rinse your sauna stones! Man did it smoke! Pulled rocks, rinsed and never had any smoke. Hahah. This is an indoor sauna, I did insulate and also did the foil vapor barrier. I recommend that as well. Enjoy your sauna!!

Heats my sauna up in 30 min. Works well, looks good. Not sure why you would buy a 3x more expensive Finnish heater, this thing gets the job done.Notice that at first it puts out smoke because of the oil on the coils. This stained my wood. Would be best to let it smoke outside first.The electrician was dissatisfied with the size of the conduit holes st first, but it ended up looking good. See photos.
