There’s no real instructions included. It was extremely difficult to remove the old one. The pcf light didn’t go off upon replacing it.

The title says reverse osmosis system, I was sent a single filter. This is not what I though I was buying. I need to return the filter for a refund. Your return form doesn't allow me to send a photo therefore I can't contact you. please contact me to return for a refund. Thanks, Tom
