How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Always wanted one. Had trees in my backyard. I needed to remove and this made sure they landed in my yard and not the neighbors.

Excellent price, fast deliver, well packed and appears well made. I used it to pull matuire golden can palms away from fence so they would fall into my yard, it worked great for that. I dodn't think I was anywhere near the claimed 2 tonne capacity, however.

Lynn Ortega BEWARE: Be sure to check the connecting clips... before using...

It worked for awhile...but while I was pulling a tree root, the connector, clip somehow got loose and the winch snapped back, luckily I was not in line / or behind it or I could have been seriously hurt. It broke and snapped back. RECOMMENDATION: Be sure to check the connecting clips... Although it felt like its very strong. I'm getting a replacement and try again. Best
