Initially the tool was working very good.
unfortunately after 18 months I have damaged tension plate tooth (no.7 in spare parts list) and there is no way you can buy this. response I received is: Sorry, our parts are not for sale to the public. During the warranty period, we will replace the damaged product parts for free.
For 15/20 dollars plate I have to buy new tool $750???? this is unbelievable
