These things get filthy so quick and I wouldn’t dare to wash them in my washing machine. They stink! The sand is way better in the long run.

Bonjour suite à ma commande qui normalement étaient de couleur bleu et à la réception elles sont blanches je les ai mélanger avec la première commande donc j'espère qu'il n'y a pas de problème merci pour votre réponse

These things might work good but they get dirty so fast then they’re a pain in the rear to get them out of your filter and having to wash them you need to have two or three sets to change them often I went back to sand

Terrible. Didn’t work.

These balls started shedding fibers almost immediately. Within the first backwash cycle, loose polyester strands were everywhere — clogging the multi-port valve, getting sucked into the return lines, and even coming out of the jets into the pool itself. Spent an hour fishing fuzz out of the water. After just a couple weeks of normal use, the balls had compacted into dense, waterlogged clumps that didn't break apart no matter how much I rinsed or fluffed them. Filtration basically stopped working — water went cloudy again like there was no media in the tank at all.

Came a week late so I had to repurchase locally

I was super excited about these. I wanted them to be amazing. But unfortunately the experience with them fell short for us. To note, we have a larger sized 20 inch sand filter by aquastrong. It is supposed to fit 200 lbs of sand. We put them in on day 1, and let them do their thing while the pool ran for 24 hours. After a few days we did a back wash because the meter was getting up there, which made sense because it had done a lot of work the last few days lol. Within a day the pressure gage started creeping up again. Ok, let's try and take them out and rinse them. (Had no intentions of putting them in the washer machine as instructed because gross!) It was such a difficult process between taking the unit apart to table to access the balls to remove them. Once we had the top of and water mostly drained from it, we were left to hand fish out hundreds of these once white puff balls that are now swimming around in what resembled pea soup. We finally fish them all out and zip them I to the bag and start to hose them out and at that point we both looked at eachother and said there is no way that this is easier than just doing regular sand. The balls went into the garbage and off to.the pool store I went to buy sand. Now they defintely filter well. Maybe it would be less of a pain with a much smaller filter unit. I dont know. But it did not work out for us. Fishing out soggy white balls from a drum isnt my idea of a good time. (For those of you thinking, why didnt we just flip it upside down and let them come out that way.....we tried that too. Again maybe it was the size we have that was the issue, but even once we got it upside down they got stuck on the sides and we still had to to reach our arm in there)
