We are running a 100m 3" stainless steel water pipe system around our factory and these stands have been excellent for supporting the pipe while we cut it. They have the quality of a product 3 times the price.

4-Ball Transfer
I like it but it could be better. It arrived with areas of bare metal exposed on the base. These were a mix of medium and miniature chips. Potential for unnecessary rust.
The "observation" holes are puzzling. Why do you need the upper small one? You're not supposed raise it above the lower hole. I wonder if the writer misunderstood the original purpose of the small upper hole. I think the upper hole may have been designed for a small thumb screw to lock the jack screw to the telescope tube. Without something to lock these two together the jack screw falls out as I carry the stand by its handle.
