Works great the remote is pretty terrible but them memory fuctions worked perfectly, i made a box for outside by my hottub. The app works great even when its unplugged and plugged back in it hooks up instantly, you maybe have to call your internet provider and have them change something so you can hook up to 2.4hz wifi.

Purchased to use in my RV as I remodel a bit. So far it has been flawless and quiet during extension and retraction. Simple to use and even install. I’m using it with a 32” TV, but I do believe it could handle a bigger tv without issue. Well built and solid.
