I was originally very skeptical of this unit in that it's price point. It was far below with that of competitive models. I have had this unit installed on my boat now for over a year.And it is performed flawlessly.

I bought the Vevor pump HH5271-3 to replace a SeaStar 1.7, and it worked beautifully. Aside from the label, you’d think they’re identical. It fit perfectly with the existing mounting holes and pipes. At just a third of the price of a SeaStar, I would definitely buy it again

Item was an exact match for my Seastar helm that was not balancing and hard to turn. The HH5271-3 is a direct replacement helm and fit the same hole in the console. The use of the ORB fittings made it very easy to connect and angle the hydraulic hoses. Filling and bleeding the system was very easy for one person. After bleeding, rotation is smooth and easy to turn and engines remain in position after being lifted. Overall very pleased with the product and price is well worth it, highly recommended if you need a replacement helm.

Very easy to install and the type of screws it brings to tighter the pump. Didn't even had to bleed the lines since there were already oil on them. Just added oil the the pump turn the steering wheel couple of times and it began to work.

The helm pump fits perfectly and has been running daily for months
