How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Storing it is a problem

Bought this in case I need to fall back on a generator to get power, so hopefully I won't need it that often. Tested it, seems to work fine. However, unable to use the storage strap that came with it. Ask the seller for a larger strap. The answer was no. Storage strap might work for the 15" one, but it certainly is too small for a 25ft cable.

Wrong Item Received

Wrong item Received. I got some sort of motor, not what I ordered. Customer service has been really dragging their feet on helping me with the return. It takes well over 24 hours to get a reply.

The plastic covering interior wires is brittle and cracked in several places when I tried splicing in a new end.
