The plastic base that holds the spare parts and pins is crushed in front and not usuable for holding some parts. Can I get a replacement for just that piece, or do I have to return the whole thing?

It simply works. Dont expect it to be a professional jewlers grade vise that's not what you paid for, but for the price and the variety of holding pieces that came it is an excellent addition to my shop!

This vise was a really good addition to my diy engraving setup. UPS lost the first one that was sent and the supplier sent a replacement right away. The second one arrived just fine. I would have given it 5 stars but the pieces that fit in the top of the vise (adapters?) don't fit very well. They are usable but it needs some work. Other than that, it's a really good vise and at a great price.

This version of the Vevor ball vise (with the plastic handle) fixes many of the earlier complaints. The pins on the top plates (see photo) screw in so it can be a fixed position or swivel like the older model. The top attachments with the small pins fit nice and snug. The problem is that the larger pins are a bit too slim. When clamped, the top plate forms a V. When using the plate clamp to hold a coin, the walls are not vertical enough to keep a tight grip. There are some small cosmetic issues that I normally wouldn't mention. For example, the parts holder is great. Except the two wings don't fit any parts. There is no place for the handle or ring mandrels. Does not affect use, but poor attention to detail.

Se vi serve una morsa a sfera e non volete spendere i 500 euro della sua gemella famosa, complimenti potete fermare le ricerche. Questa è la morsa per voi!!! Ovviamente essendo economica qualche piccola imperfezione è normale riscontrarla. Quindi vi consiglio di effettuare due operazioni supplementari : 1) Smontare subito e due ganasce dalla barra filettata e dare una controllata che non ci siano bave trocioli residui dalla fase di fresatura dei pezzi. 2) La cromatura esterna non è perfetta (almeno nella mia) ma visto che è più conveniente renderla opaca per evitare i riflessi che sotto al microscopio darebbero fastido il problema si auto risolve.
