Great

This is a very helpful item for an elderly person

Excellent very safe

Excellent, sturdy product. It is all metal, but be careful when installing it. Sometimes the handle can show up in awkward places, especially if you assemble two halves as I did.

Takes time but, easy to install. (less than an hour +-) Works well and is strong and helps for senior dad with leg/back issues) The instructions were a little lacking but, any handy person can figure out. Make sure you have a wide adjustable Wrench to make the final height tightening adjustments. Double check your ceiling height and determine which extension(s) you require. Optional tip if you have a stud finder to make sure the ceiling has proper location for support. Seems stable and can take a lot of weight/force. Only issue is the grab bar is able to swing. However, we like that since can rotate with a little extra force to use different angles/positions to stand up. (although over time am guessing will have to replace the rubber or tighten.) *(took off one star since the price/promotions fluctuate often and they currently sell it on Amazon for $5 dollars less than we paid)
