Year after year trying to cook the perfect pizza in the oven, on the grill, inside a convection oven and constantly failed. I saw this product and ordered it. Despite no instructions or any included recipes, basically working in the dark, I accomplished the impossible. The pizza came out great. Done with a crispy crust. No soggy bottom. I wish I remembered the settings. Will try again today. High temp and around 9-12 minutes. Only problem so far is that the tray gives a lot of problems sliding out once the oven got hot. So if you want to check on the pizza be aware the oven will lose of lot of temperature because you have to try and wiggle the tray out and back in again while it fights you and the oven surface temperate is quite hot. Prepare oven mitts and hold the oven so that it doesn't move, a two person operation. Conclusion : Great results, a bit difficult to operate.

cooks like a big expensive oven.light inside is nice.only reason for 4 stars is the temp controll is in celcius

without directions how to work the oven properly, it sits there unused. we tried to get directions and tried to use it and it burned the pizza within minutes. I wish we didn't purchase it.

We have been quite satisfied with the oven. Easy to use, to manage the temperature and the pizzas we have made cake out just perfect!
