shep4065 Quality brackets…toss the lag screws

The brackets are good and solid but throw out the lag screws. They are cheap and multiple heads snapped off.
I like a deal like everyone else, but why cheap out on the quality of the lag screws? I’d rather pay a few more dollars to have quality lag screws. This is to help support you in your elevated deer stand. Mine is up 10’. Now off to the hardware store to buy galvanized lag screws

Haven't actually used them, however, i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the welds, and the thickness of the steel
No..its not as durable as the ones we made ( 1/4"t angle iron and 4" hvy wall tube...however.. this are decent quality for the price
