Used commercially in our restaurant. The item is used to make Panini's and thus far has been a great asset. No problems yet nd it has been in use a couple weeks. Good quality and compact enough to fit in a smaller areas.

Great for a small non-commercial kitchen

Easy to set up, clean and use! Depending on the size of the bread used it can make up to 4 full sandwiches at a time. I use it to make quick grilled cheeses and I have no problem getting the cheese off the inserts in the wash.
