This is not a commercial ice machine. 6 months and stops producing ice.

Well after 3 months it put up a e2 code I reset it plug it in it drops one time and codes out again ?

Quit working after only 3 or 4 months does like it's making ice but it doesn't. Need a repair man.

The price of this ice machine is great. what is not great is if you have a problem with it you are on your own. Vevor wants to send you what to check if you get an error code. My situation is that I have had for the ice maker for three months and worked great. Then one day nothing! got an error code 11. They send you what to to check for, first off its three months old it should be under warranty of some sort? no they want you to chat with them and send you what to check for. The problem with mine was that two copper pipes had rubbed together and eventually created a hole and let all the cooling gas out. First off I should not be troubleshooting and having to fix this problem! had to call a repair person to look at and $1200 later after putting a port on the copper line to find leak and fill with gas its fixed for now. Buyer beware save money if you want but if you have a problem good luck

I purchased this machine over a month ago and I still have received the package. I have reached out several times and yet to get a resolution. The customer service is horrible. I need the Ice maker to conduct my business and I haven't been able to do business and only get these automated responses that are not resolving my issue. I have literally begged for a resolution and the customer service is horrendous.

Very disappointed! I was already skeptical of using Vevor. Seems like communication was through AI and not a real person. I received the bottom of the ice maker and not the top that actually makes the ice. Had to email for the status. Was told unfortunately it was sent back to the warehouse with no reason. But they would give me a full refund. I asked could they send the maker back out and they said unfortunately no and they would send a full refund. So now I have a bottom and no top.. They didn’t offer another model as an option or anything. So now I have to find another one somewhere else.

Vevor’s customer service and shipping on this unit was horrible
