My chimney is clean.
I would have done 5 star but wished it had come with a plastic stove cover. Other than that, worked great!

works great and probably saved my life from not having to climb up on a 10/12 pitch roof and drag a step ladder up and lean it against a chimney to brush out a 35 ft. chimney. my wife also thanks you for keeping this 72 year old man off the roof, and possibly the ground.

Not sure of longevity
This seemed to work adequately. I wrapped each connection with duct tape, as others have suggested, to avoid the risk of getting the brush stuck in the chimney if they became disconnected. One of the sections snapped on the first use though so I have some doubts about the longevity of the product. Fortunately, I bought much more length than I needed so am okay for now.

Vevor Chimney sweep kit
Did a very good job on metal chimney. Also used in square flue made from terracotta clay. Did a good job in both. Easier than screwing brush rods together. job go quickly. Drill made Oil button connects on rods for easier disconnect.

Power (your drill) Chimney Sweep saves you tons.
Works good at removal of pesky residue. Great price point. Be sure to clean the connections well after use as they may become hard to operate. I blow mine out afterwards to remove the particles. A drop of 3 in 1 oil on the male end and a wipe off. Set to go. Either hire someone else and charge me hundreds of dollars or: DIY. Half to four times the cost of one hired out job and anytime you want it's done. One more thing is you should clean out the scale and stuff that you sweep out and discard.

Works well but do not use the cloth rubber gloves supplied
The product worked as advertised. I had two issues with it, they are. The cloth rubber faced gloves should not be used because they will stick to the rotating shafts causing severe injuries to the hand. Use leather gloves that will slide while guiding the spinning shafts. Creosote covered shafts will cause the supplied rubber palmed gloves to adhere to the spinning shaft wrapping your fingers around the shaft. Very painful dislocation resulted. The second issue was the drill adapter ball bearing catch. It sticks in the locked position and cannot be released with the tool supplied. Light tapping with a screw driver handle freed the catch. Lightly lubricating the ball bearing snap lock may address this.

Great product! Easy to use.
Put the sections together one at a time as I cleaned the flue from the inside of the fireplace. Was really impressed with the process and how clean it looks afterwards.

Did what it was made for, used first time today. Cleaned from clean out door to top of chimney. Did a good job. Worked fine . Only hard part was getting rods apart. Made well. Would recommend, and purchase again.

EASY PEASY
Cleaned my 2 story 7" clay chimney with ease. I inserted the rods through the external clean out door which is 1.5 feet of the ground. The rods had to pass through a 90 degree bend before travelling up about 35' to the top of the chimney. I used cordless drill to spin the rods with no issue adding two pole sections at a time. Once at the top, I slowly walked backward while continuing to spin the rods with drill till all of the rods came out then disassembled into 2 rod sections and went back up the chimney. Made 2 full passes and DONE. If the rods ever happen to separate (which is unlikely) everything should fall back down the chimney and not get stuck like a regular brush would. Used to clean the metal piping from the wood stove also, but would advise taking the piping outside first due to the soot cloud the spinning brush creates. Quality seems good especially for the price. The only issue I see is the drill adaptor which could strip out over time. It would be nice if they gave you a extra one or sold it separately just in case. Ordering another set right now to give to my old man for Christmas.

Works great
I had gotten several quotes from some local chimney sweeping companies and felt that they we way over priced. With this tool,a couple of hours and a little elbow grease I was able to do the job myself and saved a few hundred dollars
