How do I get parts for this machine? There is no contact info or a website for Happybuy.

i am happy with this purchase but little reluctant with the life of sealing belt as it work in heat, even supplier send extra belt set with machine but scared to install when the time comes :)

In a period of nearly 4 years, I have purchased this machine in 3 occasions from different vendors (same quality). I use it to seal plastic two-layer bags for detergent tablets.

Great little machine for the money. We use this in our packaging room for our business, to seal up our small candy bags. Saves time which = saving $$

Where had this been all my life! Love the ease of using this machine.

Had one issue with the power cable not working. Took a little to figure out the issue but since my printer has the same cable I switched it and it worked great. Contacted the company and they let me buy a new cable on Amazon and then refunded me the cost of it.The unit has been running great since then and I appreciate the good customer support in fixing the issue right away.

Al principio tuvimos problemas y la maquina no funcionaba bien, lo malo que la pusimos s trabajar 6 meses después de la compra, pero lo pudimos resolver y la maquina trabaja muy bien.
