How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Jonathan L Stop saying china make cheap bad product

This machine is all metal. It's built like a tank, easy to use and to service. The only downside is that it only measures in millimetres. No inches. fractions or others. There's also no USB to update the firmware to add such functionality. There's also no preset, but putting the length is as easy as pie. This is our second machine, and the first one, bought 2-3 years ago, is still rocking, but we needed a second to keep up with the shop. We have cut at least 10km with it. A+ machine
