martha Just what I needed for leg strength exercises.
Red
I was in need of a step, to strengthen my right leg which is weak from arthritis, and it needed to be strong to hold me up, after having foot surgery on my (good knee) left foot. It had to be a certain height, and not bulky, this works great for what I need.

This step platform was perfect for our needs. We’re using it as a TV stand. It is the perfect size and height, and it is very stable. We also appreciate how it is adjustable.

D&G Huff Very good purchase, changing the height to three different heights!
Gray
I love the fact that you can change the height and thus the resistance and work out. It is sturdy, and can easily tolerate over 200 lbs. It is wide enough to hold your feet, and due to the width, it is pretty stable.
