This step is working out well in my home gym. I use it primarily for step-ups and weight-bearing lunges, but I have also used it to raise the floor for planks and push-ups. I am a larger person, and so far, it has been slip-free and very durable.

It’s very easy to adjust the height from 4” to 6” to 8”. Not too heavy to handle for this 82-year-old. The surface is “grippy” enough to avoid slipping on it. The width is perfect. I’m using it as a step platform to help my knees, ankles and hips. It’s very sturdy—-even with the length, it doesn’t “give” when I step on it.

This cute little stepper is as sturdy as a rock, stores away easily due to its size, and all in all, it performs amazingly well

This step platform is almost perfect. It's the right height and width. I've been using it for a month and so far it's quite sturdy. Not that it matters for exercise purposes but it is a very nice looking piece of equipment. My wife doesn't even mind that it's in the family room. I recommend this product.
